WHEN WILL MY LINENS ARRIVE?

Unless otherwise specified, your order will arrive at least one business day prior to your event and must be shipped back to us the next business day.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Most orders will arrive by courier or a via a Covered representative. Please ensure your SHIP TO location can accept deliveries.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DELIVERED ORDERS?

Covered’s standard delivery applies Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. Orders will be dropped off at and collected from the same location. Deliveries outside of our standard coverage area or orders with specific time requirements may incur additional fees.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE GST?

No, our prices are exclusive of GST, please proceed to the checkout to view GST.

HOW DOES THE LINEN HIRE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

Where local pick-up and delivery is not provided by Covered, we will provide prepaid return courier labels, return laundry bags and return instructions.
Be sure to have the linen counted and packed in the laundry bag provided. Attach the return label and your hire items will be collected the first business day following your event. Please be sure to include your delivery box/suitcase and laundry bags.
Alternatively, linen can be delivered to your nearest Covered office.

DO I NEED TO WASH THE LINEN AFTER I USE IT?

No, we use specialised laundering services to extend the life of our fabrics, therefore we simply ask that you remove any food, floral or miscellaneous debris before returning them to us in the laundry bag provided.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LINEN IS NOT RETURNED ON TIME?

You may be subject to a late return charge. If there are any delays in returning orders, you must contact the Return Service Department directly on 1800 757 376 or email orders@covered.net.au

HOW DO I HANDLE DAMP OR WET LINENS AFTER AN EVENT?

We ask clients to air-dry any damp or wet linens before returning them to us. Please make sure linen is returned free of any food, floral or other miscellaneous debris.

CAN I PICK UP AND/OR DROP OFF MY ORDER?

Of course! Orders can be picked up at any of our locations. Please contact our office to arrange a pick-up/drop-off time.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETAIL ORDER?

Where stock is available at our online warehouse, you will receive your order in approximately three to five working days from order placement.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

All retail orders are shipped using local Australian couriers. The services will require someone to sign for the delivery, unless otherwise specified at the checkout.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO ORGANISE MY DELIVERY?

To guarantee delivery it is best to send your parcel to your office, local post office or somewhere that there will be someone to receive it between 9am and 5pm.
We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
If you have elected to leave the parcel unsigned, and your parcel goes missing, we will take no responsibility for lost items.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FOR MY DELIVERY?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. This will include a tracking number so you are then able to follow the progress of your delivery.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ONLINE?

If you change your mind for any retail items, we can accept refunds so long as the item is in the original packaging and you have a copy of the order confirmation email or packing slip. You can return to covered.net.au by contacting our customer service team.
For hire items, we must charge for all linens picked up, delivered or shipped to you. You may cancel or make changes up to 48 hours prior to delivery.
